By engaging in Mediumship Readings, Psycho-Spiritual Guidance, and/or Energy Healing Sessions provided by The Enchanted Healing Realm, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Mediumship Readings: The Enchanted Healing Realm, LLC, and its associates are not liable for actions or decisions made based on information from sessions. Mediumship readings are for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional services. Clients should seek advice from licensed professionals (legal, medical, financial, psychological, business) as needed.
Psycho-Spiritual Guidance: Psycho-spiritual guidance is not a replacement for professional mental health care or therapy. Clients are encouraged to consult licensed professionals for mental health, medical, legal, or financial matters.
Energy Healing Sessions: These sessions are not a substitute for traditional medical treatment. The practitioner will not diagnose or prescribe. Clients are responsible for regular medical check-ups and consulting healthcare professionals for physical or psychological care.
Professional Boundaries: Sessions are conducted respectfully, adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
No Guarantees: Outcomes vary, and no specific results are guaranteed.
Physical Touch: Energy Healing Sessions involve gentle touch over clothing. Consent will be obtained for each point of contact, and clients may withdraw consent at any time.
Safety: Clients must refrain from intoxication or disruptive behavior. Services may be terminated without refund if necessary. If intoxicated to the point of unsafe driving, appropriate resources will be contacted.
Minors: Minors must be accompanied by a guardian or adult at all times.
Scheduling & Cancellation Policy:
Readings and Energy Healing: Payment is due at the time of booking for readings and energy healing sessions. Appointments missed by more than 15 minutes are forfeited without refund. Rescheduling requires 48 hours' notice for the payment to be applied to a future session.
Psycho-Spiritual Guidance: The initial 30-minute consultation is offered at no cost to help determine if we’re a good fit to work together. To honor my time and ensure availability for all clients, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of full sessions. If a session is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session rate will be charged. Thank you for respecting this policy, as it allows me to provide focused, dedicated care for every client.
